Scope of Consulting Services

Documented information is one of the key requirements of all management systems. It requires a higher level of competency to understand the requirements of ISO Standards and to incorporate that understanding into documented information. Our team of highly accomplished and certified professionals know the art to translate the requirements of management systems into documented information that delivers the results. Our documentation services include but are not limited to management system policies, procedures, process maps, work instructions and roles, responsibilities and authorities, etc.</

Implementation of a management system is a strategic decision of an organization that involves a significant investment. An effective implementation of a management system is a change process and needs involvement of all interested parties. It becomes very challenging to implement the management system(s) when the management system is established without consultation of process owners and other interested parties. Our consultants are change agents and help organizations to get buy-in of all interested parties for an effective implementation of the management system. Our implementation services include but are not limited to establishing implementation plan, developing implementation team, getting buy-in of all process owners, involving all interested parties in the change process, assigning roles/responsibilities/authorities, conducting internal audits to evaluate effectiveness of management system and taking corrective actions for continual improvement.
ISO standards are revised after every few years and all certified organizations have to go for transition to meet the requirements of the new standards. We help organizations in meeting the requirements of new standards within the stipulated time period.

The philosophy of an Integrated Management System (IMS) is to incorporate common elements of all management standards into a single management system. This is an effective way of implementing and maintaining requirements of multiple management standards. It is both a time and cost-effective approach due to minimum documented information. Moreover, it is easy to implement, train and maintain one document instead multiple documents for the same requirement e.g. If an organization has implemented three standards (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), it would be easy to establish, maintain, implement and improve one internal audit procedure satisfying the requirements all three standards instead having three procedures for each standard. Similarly, having one policy statement (i.e. QHSE Policy) satisfying requirements of all three standards instead having three policies (i.e. Quality Policy, Environmental Policy and Health & Safety Policy).
