Supplier Auditing

One of the key objectives of supplier audits is to evaluate the suppliers and reduce the risk of receiving nonconforming products/services. Supplier or second party audit is one of the requirements of some management systems like automotive QMS (IATF 16949). Supplier audits are frequently seen as an inconvenience. This may require sparing key employees from their core duties to visit suppliers, perform audits, write audit reports and follow-up on nonconformities. In addition to this, the individual conducting the audit must have understanding of required management system standards, supplier’s processes, experience of conducting supply chain audits, writing audit reports and making recommendations for improvement.

How does it Work?
We assign a team of certified auditors to conduct comprehensive audits of the suppliers on the behalf of customers. Our auditors execute all audit activities and present audit findings to the customers. We also share the level of risk working with those suppliers and recommend areas for suppliers development.

Scope of Services
We conduct audit of quality, health, safety, environment, information security and business continuity management systems.

Key Benefits of Outsourcing Supplier Audits

  • Get services of competent and experienced certified auditors
  • Allow your employees to focus on their core duties
  • Eliminate cost of hiring, training, re-training and retaining auditors
